Poster sessions allow presenters the opportunity to showcase projects, tools, methods, and/or software demonstrations in any stage of development. Poster presentations are intended to be interactive, and offer presenters and attendees the opportunity to exchange ideas freely on a one-on-one basis.
For DH2018, the poster session will be divided into two consecutive sessions of about 60 posters each (session 1, session 2). The sessions will be held on June 27th from 4:00pm to 5:30pm and from 5:30 to 7:00 pm. Please consult the program (https://www.conftool.pro/dh2018/sessions.php) for the scheduling of your poster.
The conference organizers will provide double-sided poster stands to accommodate posters no wider than 1.20 meters (47 inches) and no taller than 2.40 meters (94 inches). The posters will be hung by the Local Organizing Committee. For this reason, we ask poster presenters to turn their posters in on June 27 no later than 11:00 am.
*Unfortunately, projectors, external monitors, etc. can not be provided for posters.
